FAQ

  • If you purchase by PO, You will need your official PO and your tax exempt form.

  • You will need to include your tax exempt letter if your district is tax-exempt.

  • You can click Purchase with PO and choose I need a Quote First. You can download our current W-9 form directly from here.

  • Our standard terms are Net 30. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We accept check, ACH, or Direct Deposit.

  • If you pay by credit card, you will receive the digital download immediately after payment.

  • Yes, a 2.9% processing fee is added to all credit card transactions. This fee is automatically calculated at checkout. If your organization prefers to avoid processing fees, please submit a Purchase Order instead.
